Getting Registration Started

To register a team, you need to have an account set up with SportsEngine.

Already have an account, login and then click on the appropriate registration link below (Adult or Youth).

If you need to set up an account, click on the “create an account” link below.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have the contact information available for all your team members including telephone number and e-mail along with their ages.

TEAM CHECK-IN on the day of the tournament

Team Managers are required to check-in at the Registration station before your first game. Team Managers are responsible to bring signed waiver forms for ALL players on your roster to check-in.

Any player on your roster without a signed waiver form will not be allowed to play until a signed form is provided.

Teams are responsible to provide both light and dark color jerseys or a custom team jersey

This event is an outdoor pond hockey experience on a frozen lake in Minnesota and is not a sanctioned event by either USA Hockey or Minnesota Hockey.

Team Managers - Please print a copy of the Waiver form and bring a signed copy to the event. Please have the forms signed by all players BEFORE you come to the registration station to speed up check-in.

ALL players need a signed waiver form before they can skate.

ALL Players under 18 years old need PARENT or GUARDIAN signatures, consent and contact information.

Payment options are online with a credit card using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

OR pay with check, payable to Anthony Ford Fund and mail it to:
